Vending Engineer Starting Jan 2012

Due to expansion within the company we have the need for a part time vending engineer to work alongside our current staff.

Accounts and general assistant Starting Jan 2012

Due to expansion within the company we have the need for a part time person to work alongside our current staff within the office.

Please contact us via email if you are experienced in accounts; also have experience working with Sage and office related tasks.

Vending opperator - Currently not required - Dec 2011

Job Description

Operate and manage at various locations, various machines including can vendors, hot drinks and snack machines.  Maintain machines in a hygienic condition at all times in accordance with the Training Records. Top up and stock all machines, keep logs of products used.

Collection of moneys from machines along with detailed audits produced by the machines, logs are then passed to office for processing.

Maintain reasonable stock levels on site.  Observe health and safety policies on sites and all site rules, including high vis jackets as provided by the company in areas where other vehicles move around including fork trucks.  

Drive company vehicles where necessary with respect, drive within the law and in a safe manner.

Pay

Your rate of pay is Tba gross per hour. This will be paid on the 28th of each month in arrears, direct to your nominated bank account. A pay slip will be provided.

Tastebuds operate an incentive bonus scheme in addition to the hourly rate; this covers machine cleanliness, auditing, uniforms. Currently three individual sections are paid monthly, after the probationary period has ended.

Hours of work

You will be employed to work Full Time.

Your normal working hours will be 40 hours per week.

You will normally work between the hours of 06:00 & 19:00;

Holidays

You are entitled to 20 days holiday per year, accrued at 5 days per quarter.

This excludes public holidays, after probationary period has ended and a permanent placement offered. Bank holidays will not be paid whilst in probationary period.

Uniform

Company uniform is provided for all employees.

Driving Licence

For company van insurance you need to be:

  • Over 25 years old for insurance,
  • Have a minimum of 5 years driving experiance,
  • Have a clean driving licence,
  • No motoring insurance claims, business or personal in the last 5 years

Criminal record checks are a requirment of our customers

We run a full electronic stock control system in house to keep track of all stock within the business to stop losses, this runs alongside a comprehensive electronic auditing system.

All machines produce full audits that are checked and verified electronically and matched to the stock system. Any cases of theft, including cash/stock the offender will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
